Calidonian Sleeper; The Snow Express! For all you clever London folk.

So, I saw an article on this the other night, loads of folk queuing up in euston station with their boards & ski equipment.

For around 100 notes (60 if you just want a reclining chair!) You leave Euston at 8.30 on the friday night, have some 'haggis, tatties and neeps' in the lounge car, a few ales & some fine whisky then off to bed in yr cabin, breakfast is bought to you in the morning & you arrive in Aviemore 7.40 for a days riding (Weather permitting)

The train departs again at around 9 Sat or Sunday night, so time for tea & some ales in the scotish pubs!

All sounds like quite an adventure & fairly reasonable to say you don't have to pay for any accommodation. I keep imagining scenes from James Bond Involving fold Up beds & that guy with the metal hand!
